We had a fantastic stay at Gold City in Alanya. The value for money was excellent, and our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The location was convenient, and the staff, especially Arif, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you, Arif!

The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being on top of a hill but with a nearby supermarket and Starbucks. The rooms are clean with nice kitchens and complimentary snacks. The spa facilities are good, offering a range of services at decent prices. The pool area is well-maintained and the aquapark is a hit with kids, opening for two hours twice a day.

The staff at the hotel were not up to par. They were rude and made guests pay extra for electricity, which seemed excessive.

From the moment we arrived, Arif personally greeted us and showed us to our spacious and impeccably clean room. He even gave us his contact information, encouraging us to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. the hotel itself was amazing, with its highlight being the aqua park and swimming pools. the sauna, steam room, spa, and indoor pools were all included in the price, making our experience even more enjoyable. Arif also suggested fantastic restaurants in town for us to try, adding to the already spoilt-for-choice dining options at the hotel. our stay was fantastic and we will definitely be returning in the future. The owner was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The pools and entertainment were impressive. Location is excellent and staff were supportive. The Aqua Park was a hit for the kids, open for 2 hours twice a day. Clean and well-maintained with minor electrical issues fixed promptly.
